Pricing starts in the 310s, but averages from the high-300s to high-400s. Lilac Bend is comprised of homes that were built by Princeton Homes Development.
Lilac Bend is right in the Heart of Old Katy. It is steps away from Peckham park, the City of Katy Dog Park, the library, and a short drive from both I-10 and Grand Parkway. Unlike most other new developments in this small area, Lilac Bend features a low tax rate.
